NEW DSW PROJECT PROCESS & REQUIREMENTS
All of the following steps must be completed BEFORE you can start working:
1. Have the following required documents ready to attach to the DocuSign New DSW Project Packet:
* $35.00 card payment for background check
* Social Security Card
* Valid ID or Driver's License
* Valid Auto Insurance (If you have a vehicle)
* Valid Vehicle Inspection Sticker (If you have a vehicle)
* School Diploma (If you have one)
* First Aid Card (If you have one)
* Direct Deposit (either a voided check or direct deposit document from your banking institution)
*** YOUR PROJECT WILL NOT COMMENCE UNTIL ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE PROVIDED ***
